For you who wants to sustainably improve how your team
collaborates and makes decisions:
When the Skipper, the Strategist, and the Sail Trimmers don't speak the same language and are not aligned on the course, the boat will not sail as fast and as efficient as it could. The same is true for businesses and teams. In this bespoke program I guide you in building a common language and shared understanding.Combining LOTS®, advanced facilitation and scientific problem solving, I help your team to do their best thinking and make the most of the resources you already have.
For you who are in a transition phase in your personal or professional life and seek to gain clarity on your situation and a clear course forward:
Sometimes we are alone on the bridge and need to find our own course. Our freedom to make decisions however is influenced by our environment, and the decisions we make in turn influence our environment and the people close to us.
The complexity of this situation often makes our thoughts spin in circles and makes it hard to commit to our ideas. In this 1:1 coaching program, we work with the structured process of LOTS® to help you gain clarity about your situation, and a clear course forward.

"Sebastian helped me gain clarity, motivation and a roadmap for my next steps."Susanne

To get anywhere, we first need to understand where we are.
We also need to know where we want to be, and find a course to get there. To be effective, just knowing the where is not enough.
We also need to understand the why.
Why we are here today.
Why we want to be there.
Why this course is the best path forward.
To do that in a sustainable way, we also need to understand how we feel about it.After all we are humans, not robots or AI.As Lotscoach® and facilitator:
I'm here to help you see your situation from different perspectives.
I'm here to help you to do work that matters, in a sustainable way.
I'm here so you can succeed, as a person, as a team, and as a business.
You probably asked yourself that question while browsing through my site. You are not alone, and I hear you.Even though LOTS® has been around and continuously developed since 1973, it is not widely known, especially not outside of Sweden. In a nutshell, LOTS® is three things:
A Swedish leadership and coaching philosophy
A common language
A structured process and tool
The name of LOTS® is derived from the Swedish word "lots" which means maritime pilot.
A pilot comes aboard ships and helps them to navigate the complexities of narrow passages and shallow coastal waters. Pilots don't replace the captain of the ship, they don't take control of the helm, they guide the ship and the crew to navigate the best possible course. That's exactly what I do as a certified Lotscoach® when working with your business, your team, or your personal and professional development. You stay in command. You steer. I guide.

A former Materials Scientist who swapped the laboratory for whiteboards, dialogue and asking questions.
I spent my early career as a Material Development Engineer at a large corporation in the electronics industry, and earned my PhD doing research on ceramic thin films.Towards the end of my PhD time, my interests started shifting. First towards project management, and then gradually more and more towards collaboration, leadership, facilitation, and coaching.Partially it was due to frustration because projects got stuck because of silo-thinking, ill-aligned priorities, and misunderstandings.
Partially, that longing to work with something deeper, more human, has always been there. After moving to Sweden in 2025, I made the decision to fully commit to working with people and collaboration and founded this business Integrating Perspectives Sweden.Building on the experience I had gained in my former role as an Agile Coach, I continued building my facilitation and coaching skills through becoming an AJ&Smart certified Workshopper Master® and certified Lotscoach®.Being able to contribute to people becoming better and at the same time more joyful at what they are doing, as individuals, teams, and businesses, gives me meaning, and the courage and motivation to continue that path.As a human being, I am many things:
A husband, sailor (who would have guessed...?), musician, friend, observer, speaker, learner, swimmer, son, lover of good food and wine, writer, and many other things....Mostly, I'm a deeply curious person who tries to see the beauty in small, everyday things.
Let's have a conversation together!
This is not a classic discovery call or a hidden sales conversation. We’ll take time to reflect on your challenges and see whether we can sketch a possible way forward.Whether or not we decide to work together, I’m confident you’ll walk away with something useful from these 30 minutes.
