Fascination about how it can be that people who - I believe - all had good intentions and wanted to create the best possible solutions - just kept getting stuck in misunderstandings and misalignment.This fascination and curiosity about collaboration and communication between professionals with different professional and/or cultural backgrounds has led me to found Integrating Perspectives Sweden and become a facilitator.My professional experience, from PhD in Materials Science and working as R&D Engineer in the electronics industry, to serving all kinds of teams as an Agile Coach in an international corporate environment, as well as my private experience from being a passionate and for a while semi-professional musician to living in an international and intercultural relationship and starting a new life abroad, has taught me to see the world from many different perspectives.This blessing - and curse - of accepting and valuing the simultaneous co-existence of different views, has often given me a hard time taking sides, or making decisions.Until I found my calling in the role of facilitator.
